He was bestowed with the title of Shayar e Millat Anis e Deccan. His father’s name was Mir Zainul Abedien and mother’s name was Bahar Unnisa Begum. He wrote many styles of poetry like Salaam, Marsia, Mukhammas, Noha, Manqabat, Naat, Sehre, Rubaiyat, Dua, Qasida .
